About this contract

It is the intention of the Authority that the appointed Main Providers will accept all packages of care. In exceptional circumstances where the package of care is not fulfilled by one of the Main Providers, brokerage will seek to place that package of care with a Provider from the 'Select List'. These Providers will operate under the same terms and conditions as the appointed Providers, with the exception that there is no guarantee of work and no requirement to operate an out of hours and will receive the prevailing hourly rate
