Asbestos removal and demolition of Former S-Cars and John Willets building, Merrington Lane, DL16 7UT. Break out, crushing and re use of concrete hardstanding areas, excavation/testing/treatment of Made Ground including removal of any identified 'hotspot contamination' and where required re-engineering of Made Ground. Installation of filter drainage. Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system.
