About this contract

Homes England is currently seeking a competent Supplier for the provision of repair works to the Fellows Morton & Clayton (FMC) and Minerva Works building, Fazeley Street, Birmingham, B5 5RG. The Works broadly comprise but not exclusively limited to the following: Roof works, including roof and parapet gutter repair and waterproofing to both FMC and Minerva Works Buildings; Internal refurbishment and floor repairs, including replacement floor slabs; Filling in of inspection pit; Refurbishment of office and corridor areas; Barrier off steps to loading bay; Roller shutter and door maintenance, including service and repairs to shutter doors, replacement doors and damaged brickwork repair; Demolition of two storey concrete block structure within the warehouse; Sanitary facilities construction suitable for disabled personnel; and External grounds works including, vegetation removal, pavement light replacement, replacement of fencing, vehicle gates and pedestrian and vehicle barriers.
