About this contract

The Trust are seeking a minimum 10 year concession period with a mix of Food & Non-Food Retail services. The successful provider is to provide capital to design and construct a new main entrance and using revenues earned to offset investment. The Trust is open to suggestions on this and this will be developed through dialogue with the Trust. The contract start date will be 26th September 2018 and it is anticipated that the bidder will take over existing facilities and then undertake the construction project.
