About this contract

To support our priorities and overall vision, the City Council seeks to re-procure a Homeless Health Coordination Project (HHCP). The HHCP service has been running since 2015, and has supported our strategic objectives to improve and coordinate our response to the problem of rough sleeping and has strengthened our approach to supporting vulnerable individuals to rebuild their lives. The HHCP has provided a level of coordination to ensure consistent access to specialist health services across the Westminster accommodation pathway and supports the sharing of best practice around health within the homelessness sector.The total budget for this service is £90,000 for a two year contract.
