About this contract

Home to School Transport contracts available for both taxi's and mini buses are available across North Somerset. Contracts are to start 6th June 2016 and have differing contract lengths dependent on the route. They are a mix of Mainstream and SEN routes. Additional information: This procurement is being managed via our procurement portal, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk. All tender documents will be made available through this portal. The documents will be available from Monday 1st February. There are around 60 routes available across both mainstream and SEN schools. The routes are for Taxi's and Mini Buses only. Tenderers may bid on one or more routes, Tenderers will be asked for their maximum capacity as part of the Tender documents which will allow a Tenderer to bid on as many routes as they wish whilst making it clear how many in total they can actually manage. All communication during the Procurement process must be made through the Messaging system on the portal. Tender documents must be submitted via the procurement portal
