About this contract

Home Group is seeking to appoint a maximum of 1 Provider deliver its Grounds Maintenance and Neighbourhood Cleaning Services in the North East area only for its general needs, some older people's services and Leasehold customers. This contract will cover: Tyne & Wear Northumberland Durham and Sunderland Tees Valley North Yorkshire ( Richmond)< /UL> On many of our estates in the North East, Home is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a wide variety of open spaces and communal living areas, through one external contract arrangements. This contract does not include customers individual gardens unless as part of a communal garden.
