About this contract

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework for the provision of Home Care. The framework is to meet needs of adult residents who have been assessed as requiring home care. This a repeat of previous notices, if you are already on the open framework please do not re-apply. There are four lots. Lot 1 generic home care. Lot 2 short term home care and home care for those with complex needs. Lot 3 urgent weekend commissioned home care. The ERYC is divided into six care management zones, areas within each care management zone have been allocated into zones to enable separate pricing for Lots 1 to 3 inclusive. Lot 4 is care in supported living schemes, which will be awarded via mini competitions. This framework is being procured under the Light Touch Regime, subject to limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance with regulations 74 to 76 PCR2015.This framework will be open for its duration to allow for new suppliers in the market to bid to be a part of the framework agreement. Framework suppliers can submit additional applications at any time to apply for new Lot(s).The open framework is open for applications until 31 March 2021, unless exended in line with the two years options available. Due to a technical issue the dates above do not represent the actual closing date or the open framework start date.
