About this contract

The required work involves the full repair and redecoration of communal staircases on the Holly Lodge Estate. The estate is situated with the Highgate conservation areas and the blocks have great character and many original features. The work will include redecoration, fire safety improvements, flooring, window and timber repairs and replacement of door entry systems. The successful contractors will be required to work closely with Camden as the client as well as an active and involved resident steering group.
