About this contract

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (the 'Authority") invites Tenders for the provision of Construction Services for the Public Realm Improvements to Holland House Terrace and Café, Holland Park ("the Services"). The successful Tenderer will be required to submit a First Stage Tender and to then work with the Authority to develop on an open book basis a second stage tender (contract price) to provide the Services. Additional information: This procurement is being executed in two stages. Tenderers are required to submit a first stage tender which will be evaluated. The successful tenderer will then be required to work with the authority to develop, on an open book basis, a second stage tender to complete the works. This procurement is being executed through the Council's e-procurement portal, capitalEsourcing.com.
