About this contract

This is a contract opportunity notice for the procurement of the Holiday, Activities and Food (HAF) Local Authority Support Programme. The scope of this contract opportunity is: To invite potential suppliers to tender for the procurement of a support contract to provide support, advisory and performance monitoring services to assist local authorities with ensuring holiday provision for school-age children across England. The national support partner will be crucial to the success of the programme. The support contract will start in April 2023. The duration of the contract will be 12 months and will expire on 31st March 2024. The contract is up to a total value of £1.2m exclusive of any VAT for this 12-month period. The Department reserves the right at its absolute discretion to extend for a further 12 months up to a total contract maximum contract value of £2.4m exclusive of VAT, subject to satisfactory performance, budget availability and internal approvals. The Department will consider these services on a national level in England only. All details regarding the scope of the contract for services can be found via the Departments e-tendering portal Jaggaer and all communication with the department should be via the Jaggaer messaging portal.
