About this contract

South Downs Commercial Operations Ltd (SDCO) manages Seven Sisters Country Park (SSCP) on behalf of South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA). SDCO is seeking a contractor to take on the concession for the management and promotion of three holiday cottages, camping barn, campsite and facilities block. This holiday accommodation will remain closely associated with the Seven Sisters brand and become a key part of the offer at Seven Sisters Country Park, and the wider core purposes of the South Downs National Park. An event will be held on site on Thursday 8 February 2024, to view the cottages and learn more about the requirements and the procurement process. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend, and places should be booked in advance. More information will be issued via In-tend as a clarification including timings and how to book your place. Additional information: SDNPA use an electronic sourcing portal to manage all tendering and quotation exercises and current and future contract opportunities can be viewed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/southdowns.
