About this contract

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for the provision of Holiday Activities and Food Schemes. The Department for Education (DfE) is funding local authorities to provide free places on holiday activity schemes for one week at Easter and Christmas and for four weeks in the summer school holidays. The Framework/contract will commence on 1st July 2022 and will be for a period of three years & nine months with the option to extend for a further two years. Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14.00 hrs on Monday 9th May 2022. Following the initial opening stage, the Framework will be reopened on a biannual basis in October and January.
