About this contract

Working in partnership the University of Lincoln, South Holland District Council, Lincolnshire County Council and the Greater Lincolnshire LEP have a combined ambition to develop a 'Food Enterprise Zone' within the town of Holbeach, located in in South East Lincolnshire. In order to move forward with the delivery of the project, the partners involved in the project are seeking to commission an external consultant to deliver an evidence based vision document with clearly worked analysis and well-argued rationale, conclusions and recommendations.
