About this contract

Fit out/refurbishment of Unit 1, Tuscan Way, Bispham, Blackpool, FY2 0FJ. Main project activities include: - New electric roller shutter. - Decorate unit - paint walls, tile toilet, tile kitchen area including some additional wall mounted cabinets. - Heating - electric heaters for garage area and toilet. - Flooring - Flowcrete or equivalent non-slip hard wearing floor finish to garage, vinyl flooring in WC. - Power - additional power points for charging (upgrading existing containment to galvanised steel), EV point outside the front entrance. - Ventilation for drying cabinet. - Water - washdown sinks with hot and cold-water supply. - External - hatched line marking 'Keep Clear' for emergency service vehicles.
