About this contract
To deliver a comprehensive HIV support service in Liverpool that aims to optimise the health and wellbeing of people living with HIV and those at greatest HIV risk, and to reduce the level of HIV transmission. The service will include: ? Out Reach Support attendance at the Royal Liverpool Hospital ? Counselling ? Peer Groups and Support Groups ? Information and advice on HIV related treatment and support through a variety of media ? Non-clinical, evidence based therapies: mindfulness and pain management ? Training/education ? Raising awareness and reducing stigma surrounding HIV ? Support, including Out Reach support to maintain accommodation and prevent homelessness Additional information: The ITT documentation comprises: ? This ?Open? Invitation to Tender document ? Appendix A ? Service Specification ? Appendix B ? ITT Bidder Questionnaire ? Appendix C ? ITT Submission Document including signed Declaration ? Appendix D ? Employment Details The ITT documentation, together with the appointed Bidder?s Tender submissions requested in the ITT Questionnaire submission document will form the contract. The contract term is for three years, with the option to extend for a one year extension, at the sole discretion of the Council The service requirements are outlined in the Service Specification (Appendix A).
