About this contract

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for a contract for the hire of stages and associated equipment at Forest Live Music events held at forests in England. Some events operate on the same dates at two different locations. Therefore the contract will include two identical stages plus two identical sets of guitar & monitor bays & front of house, scrim towers and PA flying masts. All our concerts are held in rural outdoor locations, in clearings in the forest. All infrastructure and power is temporarily brought in to the venues for the events.
