About this contract

The Council is seeking to award a single supplier framework for each lot to provide the hire of Portable Toilets including Luxury Toilets, Shower Units, and Bay Toilets for 3 major events within the City of Sunderland. The framework will be split into three lots and bidders can apply for one or more lots. Lot 1: Portable Toilets including Luxury and Disabled Toilets and Shower Units Lot 2: Bay Toilets Additional information: This is an electronic tender via the Council's ProContract eTender system. All organisations interested in this tender should register an expression of interest against this contract online at 'www.nepoportal.org' Tender Reference DN264011. All tender documents are available via this portal. The Council will be using the Open Procurement Procedure tenders must be returned before 12:00 12.5.2017 in accordance with the ITT instructions. As part of the tender process Sunderland City Council intend to hold a supplier briefing session on Friday 26.5.2017 at 14:00. Further details regarding the briefing session are included in the ITT instructions you must confirm your intention to attend direct to Julie.rogerson@sunderland.gov.uk The aim of the briefing session is to provide advice on submitting an acceptable bid, there will also be opportunity to ask questions. Sunderland City Council do not bind themselves to accept any tender and is not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or tendering for this opportunity.
