About this contract

The SHEEP partnership - North and North East Lincolnshire Council intend to develop and establish a Council endorsed HHCRO/Eco home energy efficiency improvement scheme via a framework of approved providers, able to deliver large volumes of free/subsidised energy efficiency improvements across the two regions. The SHEEP partnership expects to see tangible benefits of improving health and reducing levels of fuel poverty. It is intended to draw on the experience gained delivering SHEEP schemes and to work in partnership with suppleirs to provide its core home energy efficiency schemes.
