About this contract

The London Borough of Hillingdon (the Council) seeks to appoint the services of a fully qualified and experienced heritage consultant to identify the required repairs to a Grade 11* Listed Building, to produce a specification for the required repairs, to assist with the tendering of the requirements and to monitor and check the standards of the works that are subsequently carried out. Quotations received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the Council's tender documentation.
