About this contract

The council has a responsibiity to ensure our heating systems are safe and well maintained. The council must complete an annual gas service every year to all properties with gas appliance, approx 4200. As part of this works contract we also respond to the breakdown of heating systems and also upgrade them. This procurement will also identify a provider that can support the council on its renewables programme.
