About this contract

The nature of the work to be carried out consist of the demolition and removal of section of the building at ground floor level with extension to the existing central section of the Northern elevation and the installation of a new first floor level to Eastern side of the building. It is intended for the Tenderer to cost the entire specification which included both ground and first floor construction and refurbishment. Subject to client budgetary constraints, Tenderers are advised to look at the provision of separating the costs of the (Main Ground floor refurbishment) As priority and (First floor construction) as two separate parts. The cost of installing the structural steel columns and beams to form part of the (Main Ground floor refurbishment) with (Staircase and fire escape) and (flooring) to form part of the (First floor Costs) Full details can be obtained on www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk The Authority manages opportunities online and all interaction with the Authority in respect of this requirement will be conducted through this system.
