About this contract

The Greater London Authority (GLA) is seeking to commission a General Services Contract to secure a delivery partner for two years to provide operational delivery of the current HSL and HEYL programmes. The contract will be to manage the delivery of the programmes in their current form alongside refreshing them to improve functionality and align with regional priorities to reduce child health inequalities. The chosen partner will continue the current programmes as efficiently and effectively as possible, with key duties including, but not limited to: • Answering questions from borough leads and programme members • Encouraging new providers to join the two programmes • Collecting and sharing data to find opportunities to reduce child health inequalities • Rebuilding an improved website for both programmes. Consisting of issuing awards, facilitating regional networks and day-to-day support to schools, early years providers and borough leads; and to continue engagement across the sector to inform the refresh of the programmes to meet the Mayor's ambition to reduce child health inequalities so that every child has the best start in life regardless of their background and where they live.
