About this contract

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to contract with a suitably qualified provider to form a strategic relationship to develop a culture of continuous quality improvement. This will require the provider to work alongside staff at all levels within the trust including board and senior manager levels to increase capability and capacity in quality improvement. The aim of the programme will be to support the trust in becoming a transformed organisation using the skills, knowledge and experience obtained. TO DOWNLOAD A PQQ Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once): - browse to the ESourcing Portal: https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk/bhft/web/login.shtml and click the link to register, - accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue’, - enter your correct business and user details, - note the username you chose and click ‘save’- when complete, - you will shortly receive an email with your unique password (please keep secure). Login to the portal with the username/password: - click the ‘PQQ/ITTs open to all suppliers’ link (these are Pre-Qualification Questionnaires or tenders open to any registered suppliers), - click on the relevant PQQ/ITT to access the content, - click the ‘Express Interest’ button in the ‘Actions’ box on the left-hand side of the page. This will move the PQQ into your My PQQ/My ITTs page (this is a secure area reserved for your projects only), - you can now access any of the attachments by clicking the ‘Settings and Buyer Attachment’ in the ‘Actions’ box. The deadline for applications is 10.00 AM on 18th October 2016
