About this contract

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) on behalf of NHS England, Lancashire and Greater Manchester (Offender Health) wish to undertake an advertise a Invitation to Participate in a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire exercise for the provision of a Health and Social Care Services in the following prisons within Cheshire: - HMP Risley and HMP YOI Thorn Cross (Lot 1) - HMP Styal (Lot 2) The basic principles of the restricted procurement route will be followed for this procurement to test the capacity, capability and technical competence of Tenderers in accordance with Part B regime of The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended). Regulation 120 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provides for a temporary exemption for NHS healthcare procurements before 18th April 2016. NECS is utilising an electronic tendering system to manage this Invitation to Participate and communicate with potential providers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to potential providers and all communications with NECS, including your tender submission, will be conducted via the portal https://In-tendhost.co.uk/necs hosted by (In-Tend), the managed service provider for the NECS electronic tendering system.
