About this contract

This tender is for the provision of a Children and Young People's Mental Health Early Interventions Service to deliver a consistent Hertfordshire-wide community based early intervention Service that focuses on the needs of CYP, adopting a holistic and integrated approach. It is for Tenderers to propose an innovative service model in which all elements and outcomes detailed in this Service Specification are delivered. The model should embed the THRIVE Principles. The Service will be a free and confidential Service that provides a range of early intervention evidence-based talking and online therapies for CYP registered with a Hertfordshire GP, including an online offer. To ensure the Service model offers a person-centred approach, it will include the use of existing voluntary sector counselling providers in Hertfordshire where appropriate. This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.
