About this contract

The HCA are presenting this opportunity to tender for the provision of works and subsequent transfer of ownership or disposal of the Princess Margaret SRN4 hovercraft. The successful tenderer will be expected to undertake works and accept freehold transfer of the Princess Margaret in its entirety, including contents, as seen on the viewing date. Please note that ownership of the Princess Margaret SRN 4 does not transfer to the successful tenderer until completion of the works. This will result in the Princess Margaret SRN 4's removal from HCA land within 3 months of entering into the contract.[wording on value to insert]
