About this contract

The Federation wishes to contract a professional lettings service provider to manage community use bookings/lettings and generate income to be shared on a percentage basis for Harris Secondary Academies at Tottenham, Beckenham, Bromley, Orpington, Crystal Palace. The initial contract term is 3 years and provides for x2 options to extend for a further 2 years (3 years initially +2 +2 to a maximum of 7 years in total. The anticipated Contract start date will be January 2024.
