About this contract

To deliver a mixture of thinning and small scale clear felling in two woodlands on the Harker Springs (see operations map). Work will include the felling of up to 600 conifer trees as part of a process to increase the cover of native broadleaves. The Northern of the two parcels slopes towards a deep gully that runs roughly North to South, making extraction more difficult.
