Design – the package is to be produced by the Contractor and must support and contain the process equipment. Contractor is to identify tie-in connection points to process services as well as main process connections, process line and EC&I connections.
Manufacturing, FAT, Delivery, Installation and SAT – the package requires manufacture, assembly, installation, and SAT.
