About this contract
This ITT has been created by Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Its purpose is to invite proposals from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified supplier(s) of Estates works and maintenance suppliers. These two pieces of work are being offered as one project due to the nature of the building you will be working in. All works must be completed to relevant HTM/HBN standards. Clifton House is a Low Secure Forensic Service which provides inpatient, outpatient and community outreach support to the local population.
