About this contract

The Guildhall School of Music and Drama (GSMD) wish to appoint a consultant to review the software, physical and business needs over all four of the GSMD sites and provide options for improving reliability, consistence and cohesion. The aim is a report that recommends how the delivery of a streamlined system that is robust (in order to support the varied expectations placed on the system across the organisation) can be achieved.
