About this contract
NHS England and Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP) are seeking external consultancy services to deliver a 12-week assignment to start in February 2017. The requirement is to: 1. Develop and produce a work programme (roadmap) for this work at a GM level including detail on milestones, deliverables, governance, leadership and how the work should be resourced. 2.Develop a business case in conjunction with key partners from the GM system and for GM Strategic Partnership Board approval to proceed with such a programme to accompany the roadmap. 3.Research and provide a comprehensive reference library of examples of innovative approaches to contracting and payment mechanisms using local, national and international best practice from healthcare, wider public sector and beyond. The outputs of the work must be fully aligned to the overarching aims of the Greater Manchester Strategic plan 'Taking Charge of our health and Social Care in Greater Manchester' and the priorities and plans of the 10 Greater Manchester localities. The procurement process for these requirements is expected to commence on Friday 6th January 2017. To participate in the competitive tendering process, prospective bidders are required to: 1. This can be accessed via: https://nhsengland.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html 2.Once registered, e-mail paddy.howlin@nhs.net with the following information: - Confirmation that your organisation wishes to bid and formally expresses and interest; - Provide your organisations NHS England BRAVO e-Tendering portal registration details (i.e. supplier name and details registered for your company); and - The name of person in your organisation who the registration log-in is assigned to. Providing this information and registering on to the e-Tendering portal is essential if your organisation wishes to bid, as NHS England will not be using any other means/platform to undertake the competitive quotation process. 3. Registration to the NHS England BRAVO e-Tendering platform and confirmed Expressions of Interest must be sent to paddy.howlin@nhs.net by no later than 17:00 on Wednesday 4th January 2017. Registrations and Expressions of Interest received after this date will not be considered.
