About this contract

The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking to commission a suitably experienced consultant to research and draft a 5-point programme business case with the aim of appraising and evaluating the case for the proposed Workplace Parking Levy in the GWC. The business case should comply with government best practice as set out by the guidance listed in 2.7 wherever applicable and practicable.
