About this contract

Midland Heart requires several graphic designers/creative marketing agencies to be part of a Framework to deliver a range of graphic design services over 3 Lots. The Contract/s will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.
