About this contract

London South Bank University is committed to making graduation ceremonies as special as possible for our graduates and guests in attendance. It remains our aim to continue to provide an exciting, positive and celebratory experience for graduates to enjoy this momentous occasion which includes the provision of a post-ceremony buffet reception for graduates, guests and LSBU staff. LSBU Graduation Ceremonies are held at the Royal Festival Hall over a 4-day period: 7th October 2019, 14th October 2019, 28th October 2019 and 4th November 2019. There are eight ceremonies in total, two per day. Graduation ceremonies commence at 11am and 3pm daily. At every stage of the graduation experience, guests must feel part of the celebration and the catering experience should enhance this and the food options should be aligned to the overall graduation experience.
