Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Short Description Instead of: Initially the Authority seeks market engagement and intends to host a supplier day on 25Oct in London Full details can be obtained from the HMRC contact named in this notice Read: Further to the announced tender programme at Fit-Out Framework Supplier Day for the Government Hub’s Programme on the 25th October 2106, a revised programme has been developed to align to a recent rebaselining exercise that has been undertaken across the entire programme. A summary of the revised dates can be seen below; Issue PQQ & Draft ITT – Mid December 2016 PQQ Response – Mid January 2017 Issue ITT – Early February 2017 ITT Response – Early March 2017 Contract Award Notice – Early May 2017 Other additional information: Contractors to note: In responding to this notice and expressing an interest in attending the Supplier Day you will be bound by a confidentiality agreement relating to all documents, data and information provided by the Authority to contractors to inform the Supplier Day. This undertaking shall not apply to any document, information or data that is already or entered into the public domain by the Authority either prior to or during the course of this procurement. Please email Lesley Bond asap to register your interest as you will be required to complete and return a Market Sounding Questionnaire by 17:00 on 20th October 2016 at the latest. You will then be made aware of the date, time and location of the Supplier Day The Government Hubs Programme, is driving a radical reshaping of the Civil Service office estate. It will reduce the Government office Estate from around 800 buildings to around 200 by 2023, comprising of around 18 to 22 strategic hubs across the UK, located in major city centre conurbations. In addition The HMRC Building our Future Location (BOFL) Programme will see the current landscape of 170 HMRC offices reoriented into 13 modern Regional Centres, equipped with the digital infrastructure and training facilities needed to make HMRC a more highly-skilled organisation.The authority is looking to select contractors with the capability and capacity to deliver a programme of small to large, simple to complex fit-out projects across the breath of the UK in support of the Government Hubs and BOFL programmes.
