About this contract

Preparation of existing substrates and redecoration of external rendered walls. Additional information: In order to submit a Tender your company needs to register through a supplier portal to Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) electronic procurement system. You can do this easily and for free by accessing GUHG's supplier portal at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/grandunionhousing To register simply: 1. Click on and follow the above link, then 2. Click on the yellow 'Register' button, then 3. Complete the form - please complete all four tabs, (When completing the 'Business Classifications' tab, type in key words that best describe the works, services and / or supplies that your company offers and then select from the Classification results offered (multiple can be selected). This is important because GUHG staff will use these Classifications for selecting suitable companies to provide works, services or supplies.), then 4. Click the blue 'Register my Company' button. Once registered you will be able to Select this Tender opportunity (Gothic Way - External redecoration) using the 'Tender' drop down tab at the top of the page and viewing 'Current'. If you decide not to register on the GUHG's supplier portal we won't be able to consider your company for this procurement opportunity.
