About this contract

New foul and surface water drainage systems and connection to mains sewers is required together with landscaping works to the existing grade II listed building (the Works) located on the Goole Academy site. Additional information: Procurement of the Works will follow a two stage process. All interested parties are invited to provide responses to a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). The PQQ can be obtained from matthew.bartle@arcadis.com and must be returned to Arcadis LLP, 1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds, LS1 4BN, before 12 noon on Tuesday 18th October 2016. Failure to provide the PQQ response by that date may result in disqualification. Following evaluation of the PQQ assessment only those contractors who are successful at PQQ stage will be invited to tender for the Works. Tenders will be assessed against a set criteria (to be provided) and the contract will be awarded on the basis of a 30% qualitative assessment and 70% quantitative assessment. The contract will be a JCT 2011 Design & Build Contract incorporating Education Funding Agency schedule of amendments. Payment shall be made 28 days after the date of each payment certificate at monthly intervals. Retention of 3%. Defects liability period will be 12 months from completion. A performance specification and existing site information will be provided.
