About this contract

The works are to: - Removal of existing roof (bitumen felt roof membrane & paving pedestal system) - Installation of new liquid applied cold roof membrane and paving pedestal system - Installation of new handrails around parapet to increase height to 1100 - Conduct Drainage Survey to ascertain condition and submit report / recommendations for any repairs if necessary
