About this contract

Dec 2020 Re-Opening of the Gloucestershire Health & Social Care Services Framework, previously opened in Dec 2019. **The 2020 opportunity to join the framework opens on 30th November 2020 and all tender responses must be submitted by 22nd January 2021 at 10am.** This procurement will set up a pseudo framework agreement to provide health and social care across Gloucestershire for domiciliary care, and community-based support services for adults and children (where regulations allow), with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and/or a mental health condition, through several different frameworks. The framework is divided into 6: - supported living non complex, - support living complex, - children and young people with disabilities (floating support), - forensic, - domiciliary care, and domiciliary care complex. The services required under this procurement will fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and are therefore not bound by all of its requirements. The Council will follow its own modified version of the framework process described under Regulation 33. The modified process, includes the ability to to reopen the tender annually, or as required to ensure coverage of service areas.
