About this contract

The West Yorkshire Jobcentre Plus District intends to use Flexible Support Fund to fund the Get Up and Go (18+) programme to support claimants who are aged 18+ and who are claiming Jobseekers Allowance (JSA), Employment Support Allowance (ESA) or Universal Credit (UC), all work related groups. The provision will support claimants, including those post Work Programme, with the aim of moving them closer to the labour market by developing their motivation, confidence and developing skills to enable them to return to work. The provision will consist of a 2-4 week course, followed by a 4 week period of intensive job search and a 13 week tracking period for job outcomes.
