About this contract

The Council intends to commission a single provider or consortium to provide a Prevention and Support services for adults within Calderdale who are at risk of homelessness or require support due to a low level mental health/autism need. The purpose of this service is to provide a mixed provision of prevention and support services to delay, reduce or resolve need within this client group.
