About this contract

Essex Fire Authority are looking for a supplier to design and deliver a three step leadership and management development programme which pulls talent in from across the organisation and supports development through Supervisory and Middle Manage levels. The programme should deliver management qualifications at the Institute of Leadership & Management level 3 and 5 Awards and be relevant to the Fire Service. The contract shall be for an initial period of 13 months with an option to extend for a further two 1 year periods . Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note that the deadline stated in section 10 above is for Tender submissions.
