About this contract

The Council (WBC) requires a valuation of its Property & Land assets in connection with Capital Accounting rules for the financial years 2023/24. WBC is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of independent valuers with the relevant skills, experience, local market knowledge and resources to undertake this task. This is a one year revaluation and inspection of the Council's Operational Assets only and to me completed by May 2024. Effectively a two month commission.
