About this contract
Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT) are leading a large multi agency partnership called New Leaf to deliver the Building Better Opportunities Programme across Warrington, Cheshire East and West. The BBO fund is a key part of the Local Enterprise Partnership's (LEP) European Funding Programme and is being match funded by the BIG Lottery. The allocation is being commissioned on a fully funded grant model and requires no match from the bidding partnership. GGHT wish to appoint a suitably experienced organisation to provide Employer Engagement in Cheshire West and Chester. The successful bidder will engage with over 100 Employers between 1 May 2017 and 31 August 2019 to provide 100 work placements within Cheshire West and Chester, and support 131 participants living in Cheshire West and Chester into paid employment. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
