About this contract

The provision of bird proofing, property clearances, clean ups after death and drainage back flow cleaning affecting properties within the Council’s residential housing stock Borough-wide for Wandsworth’s Environmental Services Section. The contract period is one year with an option to extend to by up to two further years. The annual contract value is approximately £40,000. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
