About this contract

As part of CITB's programme of Transformational Change we have identified a need to provide all people managers with developmental support to enable them to support their colleagues through this period in an effective and empathetic manner. Consequently all People Managers will be required to attend a two day Workshop which will be followed by remote coaching support to maximize the embedding of their learning. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
