About this contract

LLDC seeks the services of a commercial letting agent to 1. Produce a report for food and beverage and or retail tenants. 2. Subject to LLDC's decision; Negotiate and conclude leases for one or more tenants. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
