About this contract

Chenies Close (Block 1-20) - Roof Renewals. Roof recovering including renewal of tiles, underfelt and timber battens; renewal of all associated lead flashings and soakers; renewal of all gutters and rain water pipes; renewal of all fascias, soffits and undercloaks; renewal of insulating material with new material to be not less than 300 mm in depth. Note fascias and soffits contain crysotile (brown asbestos). Asbestos report from 2017 attached for information. Supplier should not rely solely on the contents of this report for the discharge of his obligations. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
